One day QiGong Workshop for you at Tundeworld. Integration of Mind and Body with a Relaxed Spirit.


One day Qigong Workshop – Yi Jin Jing (Twelve Limbering Exercises) is suitable for all people from children to elderly.

Practice Yi Ji Jing exercises has some very impressive effects on the respiratory system, flexibility, balance and muscular strength. It can also prevent and cure diseases of the joints, digestive system, cardiovascular system and nervous system.
After lunch break we will start with about half an hour of meditation.

I'd like to take this moment and thank you for attending the Yi Jin Jing Workshop. It was lovely to worked with you during QiGong Workshop on Sunday.

New Tai Chi and QiGong term begins on Saturday at 25th of October 2014 in Castle Hill.

Dear all Visitor,

Are you aware that learning Tai Chi / QiGong and practicing Tai Chi / QiGong help your body support more than anything? 

Let us focus on how Tai Chi / QiGong help your body.

Exercises are good for health, but 50 minutes of exercise and whole day sitting could not be balanced perfectly, there arises a need for a proper time distribution to make a balance and retain a healthy body with no heart troubles and diabetic disorders.
