Online Tai chi and Qigong

Tunde-World offers MEDITATION through practice TAI CHI and QIGONG via life stream for all current group, new student and for private client. 
Tunde-World STARTed our weekly online group training during the Coronavirus (COVID-19)period. 
You are welcome to join us on the Zoom application. The Zoom application is free for all participants. 
Tunde-World offer online Tai chi / Qigong for all its classes and new private practitioners.
You will receive an email invitation or via WhatsApp message with a new link and later password to join and enjoy each session. Also the current link will be share on this page without password. Please prepair your login to our tele-room 5-10 minutes before our class starts. Each time you will have a new link to login to the class. Each class takes for 60 minutes or longer with meditation.

Please login to the room about 10-15 minutes earlier. If you have any problem with your login please contact Tunde on the WhatsApp group, created for the current term.

Welcome to all for a guided healing meditation for good health and well-being and can be used for the health and balance heart body mind and spirit regardless of spiritual beliefs.

Meditation helps develop a mind that is balanced, calm, and quiet and able to function more efficiently and reasonably. In addition, a person who meditates is given a unique glimpse at the workings of his own mind.

Today, meditation is generally recommended for people who need respite from suffering and stress and those looking to have a greater understanding of ourselves, our universe and our incarnation here on earth. A growing number of people are being managed medically for mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. A lot of people are also diagnosed with mental problems. This is often attributed to the changing world in which we live in.
