100 Year Reiki Anniversary Celebration on 28th March

Mikao Usui Sensei was given the gift of Reiki in March/April 1922 on Kurama Yama, a sacred mountain north of Kyoto, Japan. Therefore, we are celebrating the 100-year anniversary of this important event. Our global Reiki community gathers ONLINE to honor the gift of Reiki and empower World Peace.
Reiki is about flow. It is about intuition. It is about becoming a clear channel. It is also a path to an ever-deeper connection to ourselves.
In this practice night, we will practice clearing our Reiki channel and entering the flow - that place of calm connectivity. So get back into the Reiki groove.

I am optimistic that Tai Chi will assist me in my journey to recovery after breast cancer.

Adrianna Sambells - " After my radiation treatment from breast cancer three months ago, I took up Tai Chi with Tunde. It helped me relax as Tunde showed us some breathing techniques for relaxation. The arm movements helped me deal with the occasional nerve pain due to radiation and surgery under my arm and around my breast. At first it was painful to do a circle with the arm but I can now do a higher circle. I am on a 5 year hormonal treatment therapy as my cancer was oestrogen related. This treatment can cause bone density loss and weakness on my upper thighs and hips. In order to stop osteoporosis setting in I need to do some weight bearing exercise and the tai chi exercise greatly helps. Thank you Tunde as you are aware I need this sort of exercise and you always recommend to do the exercise at my own pace. I am optimistic that Tai Chi will assist me in my journey to recovery."

Qigong for the Prevention, Treatment, and Rehabilitation of COVID-19 Infection in Older Adults

According to different operations, Qigong techniques can be divided into two groups: dynamic or active Qigong, and passive or meditative Qigong.
Dynamic Qigong refers to those techniques that primarily focus on body movements and involve more movements of the whole body or limbs.
Yi Jin Jing (Tendon-Muscle Strengthening Classic Exercises), Wu Qin Xi (Five-animal Exercise), Liu Zi Jue (Six-Healing Sounds), and Ba Duan Jin (8 Pieces of Silk) (The Eight Brocades) are examples of dynamic Qigong that have gained worldwide popularity.

Contrastingly, passive Qigong techniques have almost no body movement, but require maintaining a certain posture and carrying out exercises mainly involving the breath and mind.

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, and Here’s How I Practice Self-Healing on a Regular Basis

How I practice reiki self-healing on a consistent basis:
I begin my daily self-practice by finding a comfortable posture ( I love to do it in my bed ) that will support my body and mind in relaxation.
I love to do it in the morning or at night to finish the day with.
As we know Reiki energy is clever, I move my hands where my body need it.

Reiki precepts
Mikao Usui introduced the five reiki precepts, or principles, when he shared the healing practice with his students in 1922 to offer a framework for approaching real life.

I am welcoming my healing teem, my guides into session.
 I welcome the guidance of spirit. With my hands in prayer position, I typically repeat a simple invocation similar to, “I welcome the presence of my Reiki masters, teachers, healers, and guides. I welcome your energetic blessings and messages for the highest good of all. Thank you for gracing us with your love and light.” Allow their presence to be intuitively seen, felt or heard, however subtle or dramatic that may be.
