Many people ask me that I create video for home practice. They would like to practice tai chi and qigong at home and this would be easier to watch a video than follow a note.
How does it work?
You will receive an email with links in every 10 weeks. It is including a warming up, a tutoring video and a closing (tapping, stretching) video.
You can use these links to watch these videos for a week any time.
After that you will receive another email on the second week and work with this same as the first week.
