This day focuses on practice so that you can eventually assist yourself, others, plants, and animals with complete confidence at home.
During the Reiki Level 1 course, you'll learn how to change, raise, and modify your own energy levels.
You'll learn how to release various energy blocks and alleviate your pain.

You'll participate in an initiation and learn hand positions for self-healing and the partner healing to help others. Additionally, you will receive and give a full-body healings.
