I'm a Reiki Master Teacher, and Here's How I Practice Self-Healing Regularly

To maintain a consistent self-healing routine with Reiki, I start by finding a comfortable posture that supports relaxation, often choosing to do this in bed. I prefer practicing either in the morning or at night to end the day peacefully. Since Reiki energy intuitively knows where it is needed, I place my hands on the areas of my body that require healing.

Reiki Precepts Mikao Usui introduced the five Reiki precepts in 1922 to provide a framework for integrating the healing practice into everyday life.
I invite my healing team and guides into the session. With my hands in gesso position, I typically repeat a simple invocation, such as, “I welcome the presence of my Reiki masters, teachers, healers, and guides. I welcome your energetic blessings and messages for the highest good of all. Thank you for gracing us with your love and light.”  and I use my symbols learnt on the second and the third levels.
I then allow their presence to be intuitively perceived, whether subtly or dramatically.
